Terms of Service

1. About XportStack

XportStack is a software service operated by Doluvo Sdn Bhd, registered in Malaysia. These Terms of Service govern your use of the XportStack platform accessible at xportstack.com and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms do not create an account or use XportStack.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@xportstack.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

One account may be used by multiple team members within the same organisation subject to the role permissions of your subscription plan. Sharing accounts between separate organisations is not permitted.

3. Subscription and Payment

XportStack is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. All prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal before your next billing date to prevent the next annual charge.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers. Your subscription price is locked at the rate applicable when you first subscribe for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@xportstack.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access to XportStack until then.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features. The free tools at tools.xportstack.com and on this site (HS code lookup, duty calculator, FTA eligibility checker, true margin calculator) are available without subscribing, so you can confirm the platform fits before you commit.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into XportStack. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data.

You grant XportStack a limited licence to store and process your data for the sole purpose of providing the XportStack service to you. This licence ends when your account is deleted.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models. We do not share your data with other XportStack customers. Full details of how we handle your data are in our Privacy Policy at xportstack.com/privacy.

You can export all your data at any time using the Export All Data function in Settings. Your data is available for 30 days after subscription cancellation. After 30 days data is permanently deleted upon request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use XportStack only for lawful business purposes. You must not use XportStack to store or process data that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

You must not attempt to access, copy, or distribute any part of the XportStack codebase or infrastructure. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the XportStack platform.

You must not use XportStack in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

XportStack and all associated intellectual property including the platform design, features, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Doluvo Sdn Bhd. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to the XportStack intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as a subscriber.

8. Non-Competition

You must not use XportStack or any information obtained through your use of XportStack to build, develop, or assist in building or developing a competing product or service. This restriction applies to direct competitors and to any third party engaged by you for the purpose of competitive product development.

9. Disclaimers

XportStack is a business operations tool. It does not provide financial advice, legal advice, or professional trade compliance advisory. Outputs from XportStack including margin calculations, distributor health scores, compliance information, and market intelligence are provided for planning purposes only and may not reflect current market conditions or regulatory requirements.

XportStack is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but we cannot guarantee 100 percent uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Doluvo Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of XportStack, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of XportStack shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion at support@xportstack.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except where immediate termination is required by law or to protect the security of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of XportStack after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
