The blog: blog.xportstack.com. A lot of the questions I get end up as posts there. Worth a quick check before you write. Your answer might already be up.
A few notes before you write
- Reply time:usually within a day or two. Faster if I'm at my desk. Slower if I'm travelling or on back-to-back customer calls.
- No auto-responders.Every reply is from me, typed out by me. If a message looks like a bulk template, it's not from this address.
- One thing I can't do: give you legal or customs advice. For binding tariff calls or formal classification questions, your destination customs authority or freight forwarder is the right person to ask.
- If you are checking out XportStack: tell me what you ship and where you ship it. I can usually tell you in a few sentences whether the platform is a fit for where you are right now.
