Hi, I'm Yasmin. I built XportStack while running Popsmalaya, my sorbet brand that ships to 35 countries. There's no support team sitting in front of this inbox. It's just me, reading. Most messages get a reply within a day or two.

A few notes before you write

  • Reply time:usually within a day or two. Faster if I'm at my desk. Slower if I'm travelling or on back-to-back customer calls.
  • No auto-responders.Every reply is from me, typed out by me. If a message looks like a bulk template, it's not from this address.
  • One thing I can't do: give you legal or customs advice. For binding tariff calls or formal classification questions, your destination customs authority or freight forwarder is the right person to ask.
  • If you are checking out XportStack: tell me what you ship and where you ship it. I can usually tell you in a few sentences whether the platform is a fit for where you are right now.
