I'm Yasmin Karim. I founded Popsmalaya 8 years ago and have exported to 35 countries across 6 continents.
I've messed up margin calculations on real shipments. I've watched containers sit at port waiting on a document I forgot to update. I've been on calls at 2am with European buyers and 6am with Japanese ones.

Frequently asked questions
What does lifetime price lock mean exactly?
Your founding rate stays the same for as long as you remain a paying customer on the same tier. If we increase Growth pricing to $179 next year, you stay at $99. If you upgrade from Growth to Scale, you move to the Scale founding rate ($199/month), not standard Scale.
What if I cancel?
You cancel anytime from inside the app. If you come back later, you return at standard pricing, not the founding rate. That is the only condition.
When does the founding cohort close?
When 50 spots fill, or 90 days from the launch date, whichever comes first.
Can I still join after the cap fills?
Not at the founding rate. After 50 spots fill, this page redirects to standard pricing at /pricing.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Not yet. Scale tier handles unlimited markets, unlimited team members, and unlimited distributors, which covers most F&B exporters. If you have unique requirements, email yasmin@xportstack.com before signing up.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Single-tenant Supabase database. Encrypted at rest. We never sell your data, never train AI models on your data, and never share your data with anyone outside your team. Full data promise at /data-promise.
Why only 50 members?
Because that is how many founders we can support properly in the first six months. We would rather have 50 founding customers who stay than 500 we cannot help.
Can I upgrade from Growth Founding to Scale Founding later?
Yes. If you start on Growth Founding ($99/month) and outgrow it, you can upgrade to Scale Founding ($199/month) anytime from inside the app. You keep founding pricing on the new tier, not standard Scale ($299). The only thing that changes is the tier, not the founding-member status.
Does my team count against the 50 founding spots?
No. The 50 cap is on subscriptions, not seats. Each founding subscription includes the team members allowed on that tier (3 on Growth Founding, unlimited on Scale Founding). One founding member = one cap slot, regardless of team size.
I'm already on standard Growth or Scale. Can I switch to founding pricing?
Yes, while spots remain. Email yasmin@xportstack.com from the email address on your current XportStack account. We will move you to the founding rate and apply the lifetime price lock to your existing subscription. This counts as one founding cohort spot.
What happens to my founding rate if I downgrade?
If you downgrade from Scale Founding to Growth Founding, your rate becomes the Growth Founding price ($99/month) and stays locked there for the lifetime of the subscription. You do not lose founding-member status — just adjust the tier.
